On April 1, 2025, I relocated my medical practice and am no longer be affiliated with Bloorkids. If you are a patient of mine from Bloorkids, you are welcome to continue receiving care from me at my new location:

If you would like to follow with me at my new location, please e-mail us at patients@posenmd.ca. We will arrange for medical records to be transferred. You can book appointments on the Current Patients page.

If you prefer to continue receiving care from my excellent colleagues at Bloorkids, no action is needed on your part. You will continue to be able to book appointments with any of the other general pediatricians at Bloorkids, and will be assigned a new primary doctor. If you have any questions about the transition process at Bloorkids, please contact their administrative team using the standard channels listed on their website (https://bloorkids.com).

Medical Records

Medical records for all patients will remain on file at Bloorkids and can be requested from the Bloorkids administrative team at any time. Please note that copies / transfers of medical records are not covered by OHIP, and may incur a cost. Patients who follow with me at my new location will have copies of their records transferred free of charge after obtaining consent.
